How often should I use the products?

The frequency of use for FMNN products is specific to each product. We recommend reading the directions of use prior to usage to stay better informed.

However, our Refresh Her - Intimate Peach Gel Wash is recommended to be used daily for best results. It's strictly for external use only, and should avoid contact with the eyes.

Our Balance & Clean - Boric Acid Pops is best used after sex, post period or when wanting to refresh odor. If using to combat an infection, we suggest daily usage for a period of 7-14 days.

Can I use it when I am on my periods?

Our Refresh Her - Intimate Peach Gel Wash and Balance & Clean - Boric Acid Pops can be used in conjunction with periods.

We recommend using our gel wash daily to ensure an odorless and refreshed feel.

Our Boric Acid Pops is best used post-period for an ultimate refresh to help combat concerns of odor.

Is it just for women?

FMNN is primarily focused on bridging the gap between better vaginal health whilst breaking the stigma behind feminine hygiene for females. We've developed safe, natural formulas for women to use as part of their routines.
